What Do I Send

We compare all foreign transcripts to U.S. standards calculating your grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale. We do a detailed course-by-course evaluation of all foreign transcripts (sample). Every subject you have taken is listed along with:

• educational level
• H - high school
• LL - lower level college
• UL - upper level college
• G - graduate
• PG - post-graduate
• D - doctoral
• credit hours
• letter grade equivalent (A, B, C, D)

The evaluation includes:

• total number of hours completed
• overall GPA, based on a 4.0 scale, for each degree completed and or attempted.
• field of specialization
• program length (for completed degrees)
• completion date (if degree was completed)
• institution and country where subjects were taken
• degrees awarded, etc.

What If I Didn't Complete a Degree?

Credential evaluations can be done whether a degree has been completed or not. The same information is given as above with the exception of of the following:

• program length
• completion date
• degree awarded
• field of specialization (dependent on the number of hours completed)

An evaluation of this type is requested when an individual is seeking admission to a college or university, for proof of U.S. equivalency credit hours, for employment or for entrance to the military. (If entering the military, please contact us first with regards to your transcripts.)

What If I Took Additional Courses Beyond My Degree?

A detailed evaluation is continued after the degree. It includes the number of hours completed plus the GPA.

The Credit Evaluation Report on page one lists the number and type of hours completed instead of a degree.
