What Is A WECS, Inc. Evaluation

A WECS, Inc. evaluation is a detailed course by course evaluation of foreign transcripts.

We evaluate all of your formal academic credentials, regardless of number of degrees or complexity for one fee which includes a detailed course by course listing plus your overall grade point average (U.S. equivalent) and total hours completed for each degree and/or hours undertaken

Credential Evaluations take 7-9 working days to complete.

WECS, Inc provides you with 2 original sets of evaluated transcripts.

Fees

Extra sets of evaluation with initial evaluation are $10.00 each.

Extra set after initial evaluation are $15.00 each.

To add social security number/DOB to initial evaluation is $5.00 + $15.00 per set.

TO add additional degree to initial evaluation would be the full price of an evaluation ($150.00 - $180.00).

Send an unofficial copy via fax: $5.00.

All fees must be paid in U.S. dollars by check, money order, or credit card.

There is a $30 fee for any checks returned to us by your bank.

If you want your evaluations mailed to you, please refer to our delivery section.

.25 cent fee for each copy we must make of any of your original documents when notarized copies are not sent to us.

Fees are subject to change. Fees are not refundable once an application is submitted.

What Is A Credential Evaluation

Credential evaluation means converting a foreign academic credential into a U.S. educational equivalent. WECS produces an individualized and detailed evaluation specifying its U.S. equivalent.

The evaluation, U.S. equivalent, allows academic institutions and/or employers in the U.S. to get a better understanding of your educational background with a transcript that is more familiar to them.

The evaluation does not guarantee that an academic institution and/or employer will necessarily accept the credentials but the evaluation is a requirement that many, if not most, academic institutions and/or employers will need in consideration of your foreign professional credentials.

A WECS credential evaluation simplifies the understanding of your foreign transcripts to a prospective employer thus increasing your chances of being hired. It is always a good practice to check with the employer to see if a credential evaluation is required. This will save you time and help you be better prepared for an interview.

Document Translation

Abel Gonzalez (president of WECS, Inc) is a member of American Translators Association and does translations from Spanish to English.

Document Translations take 7-9 working days to complete.

A document translation is a translation, not an evaluation, of legal documents to English.
Examples include: Birth Certificates, Diplomas, etc.

Translation - Spanish to English Only (per page): $60.00

Translation - Spanish to English Only (per page, Legal Size): $75.00
