Submit word-for-word certified English translations of all foreign language transcripts.
We can translate Spanish transcripts for an additional fee of $30.

We will need the following sent to us if you will be mailing your transcripts:

• A certified copy of your transcripts/marksheets/kardex and diploma/titulo.
• A certified copy of any papers showing proof of degree if completed.
• Completed application or a letter giving us permission to do an evaluation of your transcripts.
• Personal information via letter, e-mail, phone call, fax, or through our printable application.

• U.S. social security number - if you have one
• address
• phone number
• Appropriate fees
